1. Shipping Method

We ship all orders using PUDO (Pick Up Drop Off) locker-to-door courier services.

Orders are delivered directly to the address provided at checkout.


2. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays)
  • You will receive confirmation once your order has been dispatched

3. Delivery Timeframe

  • Estimated delivery time: 8–11 business days after dispatch
  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location and courier operations

4. Delays & Liability (Important)

While we aim to deliver within the stated timeframe, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including:

  • Courier delays
  • Weather conditions
  • High order volumes
  • Public holidays
  • Operational issues within the courier network

πŸ‘‰ In accordance with South African law, we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.

However:

  • We will always assist in tracking and resolving delivery issues
  • We remain responsible for ensuring the parcel is delivered, unless confirmed delivered by the courier

❗ VelvetKiss & Beauty is not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers, but we will make reasonable efforts to assist customers.


5.Β  Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete delivery address.

We are not responsible for:

  • Failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses
  • Parcels delivered to the wrong address provided by the customer

Additional re-delivery fees may apply.


6. Risk & Delivery (CPA Compliance)

Ownership and risk remain with VelvetKiss & Beauty until the goods are delivered to you.

If your parcel is:

  • Lost in transit
  • Not delivered

We will investigate with the courier and provide a replacement or refund where applicable, in line with the Consumer Protection Act.


7. Tracking

  • A tracking number will be provided once your order is shipped
  • Customers are responsible for monitoring delivery updates

8. Uncollected / Failed Deliveries

If a delivery fails due to:

  • Customer unavailability
  • Ignoring courier communication

The parcel may be returned to us.

In such cases:

  • Re-shipping costs will be charged to the customer
  • Refunds (if applicable) will exclude shipping fees
